DELIVERY & RETURNS
All of our deliveries are made via Parcelforce and are delivered on a next day tracked service. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, deliveries of Goods may be made in one or more instalments to avoid unnecessary delay
From confirmation of an order, we are able to ship non decorated items within 2-4 working days of order and decorated items within 5-7 working days from the date when artwork is approved.
Goods may be delivered in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice wherever possible to the Customer.
We are unable to accept the return of any garment/product for an exchange if:
1. They have been supplied to order and are modified, personalised or produced to your own specified requirements
2. They have been personalised in size or fit particular to your specific order
3. They have been bespoke manufactured according to your specific order
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact the company within 48 hours and return goods accompanied with a Returns Form.
Shortages or Discrepancies
Shortages or discrepancies in quantity delivered must be notified to the Company within 2 working days of receipt of the Goods. The Company cannot accept any shortage queries after this time.
