Whatever the method of application, all of our branding is colour matched down to exact pantone colour references and submitted to our client’s for approval before proceeding to production.
We use a number of logo application methods as follows. Our team are on hand to discuss these with you in order to ensure we use the most appropriate method based on your individual requirements.
we only use high quality personalised techniques
Embroidery
This is the most common and durable way to brand your uniform. Your logo is first digitised into a. dst format to allow our embroidery machines to process the logo from colours, number of stitches and the overall shape of the design.
heat seal transfers
Your logo is first screen printed onto a carrier paper and then applied to your garment using our automatic heat press machines. The permanently seals your branding to the chosen garment.
digital transfers
We take your high-resolution design and print it directly onto a printable vinyl. The outline of our logo is then cut by our Roland machines to then be applied to your garment with our automatic heat press machines.
cad cut transfers
Typically used for low volume single colour text or simple designs, a sheet of vinyl is cut by our Roland machines to your specification. Once cut the excess vinyl is removed and the logo is then pressed onto your garment.
